¶ ‘Report an Incident’ User Guide
From the top left of the menu, select Report an Incident.
First, select the Date.
Once a date has been selected, please add a description of the event and select the youth involved. You can search for each youth by ID number and select one or multiple.
Once you have finished describing the incident and identifying the youth involved, please press the Submit Incident button:
